Andrew Koloadin,
What unique selling points do you offer?
We were the first in Australia to make our commitment to the environment through our sustainable web hosting initiative. We have also recently introduced a storage counter that constantly increases the storage space on each of our shared hosting plans, meaning as our customers businesses grow, so does their web space. We have not yet seen a hosting company that does this.
Describe the services you offer?
Web Hosting is a service that business relies on same as they would a telephone connection, these days it’s a critical aspect of the success of any business.
Describe your target market?
We cater to any individual or organization that requires hosting services. We offer scalable solutions for business to grow from a small shared account up to a dedicated solution.
How is your company planning for the future?
We see our company double in size in the next year or so. With forecasted, 130% growth this year, we anticipate this growth rate to continue in the foreseeable future. We have increased our staff numbers by 40% in the past 3 months to cater for this growth and we intend to continue in this path well into the next few years.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
We have many web developers that resell our hosting which requires them to set up their own separate billing and CRM systems to maintain their customers, which can take up a lot of time. With the launch of our new billing system in the 2nd quarter of 2009 comes a white label reseller “all in one” control panel that allows resellers to perform all aspects of reseller hosting, including billing and server control panel related tasks eliminating the need to install separate applications to run their operations. We will be able to get a total solution set up for a reseller in less than a day giving them more time to focus on their core activities.
How do you support your customers?
We provide phone and email support. We have a maximum two hour turnaround policy and our support lines are manned by experienced technical support engineers. We also have video tutorials on our website and we are in the process of creating support wiki where our customers can add their input to common technical problems.
