We are a leading web hosting provider in Australia. With 3 years in the hosting Industry, we currently provide hosting services to customers in North America, Europe , Asia and Oceania.

Arachno Net strives to provide the best worldwide service to its customers, by using only well set up and secured P4 servers. We do extensive evaluation of our network providers to find the best internet connection stability compared to the majority of web hosts.
What unique selling points do you offer?
I believe that our efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, by providing friendly and timely support. We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA which many companies do not. The fact that we do extensive research before we use a network provider to ensure that we have the best internet connectivity, In addition to that we are proud of the security, speed and reliability of our servers.
At the time of this interview we are in the process of adding multiple language support for our customers, who require languages other than english, for their control panel and support interface.
Describe the services you offer?
We define web hosting as : A medium for Global Communication. The Internet has bought millions of people closer together and Web Hosting has provided a valuable means of Communication for these people, since the internet boom of '1999. I believe that every serious company should consider using it as an advertising and sales medium to reach these people. It is really very cost effective of reaching an international market, after the initial set up, and adds to the Companies prestige in the eyes of prospective Customers.
Describe your target market?
We like to cater for small to medium businesses, and Web Developers. Our target market is the Global customer in any Country. We already have customers from all over the world, 50% of these are in North America. We are capable of delivering a good service to all kinds of clients and that's how our plans were made. For example our Basic Plan, which costs $3.95/mo and has all the functionality of the other accounts. This was made for students and people who would like to test the waters, by setting up a small web site to either promote an Idea or a small Business. On the other hand we have larger multiple domain plans where people can host all of their domains in one place, then reseller plans for Web Developers who wish to provide reliable hosting for their customers. To top it off we also provide dedicated servers for customers with large bandwidth and space requirements.
How is your company planning for the future?
We would like to become one of the top 25 worldwide hosting companies. However if this is not possible, I would say that in 5 years we will be one of the top 5 Australian hosts.
